| Q1 | What size storage units do we have? |
| A1 | We have various sized units ranging from 25 square feet to 150 square feet. However, all lockers are adjustable to fit your needs! |
| Q2 | Do you have rental options? |
| A2 | Yes, we do. Customers can rent for the short term and for the long term. Customers can also rent yearly or monthly. |
| Q3 | Are there customer service representatives on hand 7 days a week? |
| A3 | Yes, there are! |
| Q4 | Can any Mon Entrepot employees access my locker? |
| A4 | No, the lock and key are yours to keep, and under no circumstances can be opened by an employee. |
| Q5 | Do you have security and emergency at your facility? |
| A5 | Yes, we do. We have a number of surveillance cameras recording 24 hours a day. Plus, we also have a representative of Mon Entrepot on site at all times. We also have an alarm system & motion detectors in place. |
| Q6 | What items can I not have in my unit? |
| A6 | Hazardous, flammable, perishable foods, animals, weapons, or illegal goods cannot be kept in your unit. Our rental contract contains a comprehensive list of items which are not permitted. |
| Q7 | How do I pay for my unit? |
| A7 | Payment method options include: credit card, cheque, or cash. |
| Q8 | Do you have a pick-up service? |
| A8 | No, We do not. |
| Q9 | Are locks available for purchase? |
